(1) If a request is received to send a military person of a special rank to a mission outside Nepal for a specific job, but if it is not possible to send a military person of such a rank for any reason, then if the Government of Nepal wishes to send a military officer of a special rank to a mission outside Nepal, local promotion for a specific job to a general or above military officer. The day will end.
(2) If a local promotion is given according to sub-rule (1), it will be considered that the former rank will be retained after the completion of the specified work.
(3) A person who gets a local promotion will be allowed to use the Dzhryani symbol only in the specific place where he is posted. Such promotion will not be given any additional facility by the Government of Nepal.
